Unidentified Transient Hit, Killed by Train
Police are investigating the death of a transient who was struck by a train in Anaheim late Saturday night. The accident occurred about 9:40 p.m. near the corner of Chapman and Orangethorpe avenues, said Police Sgt. Phillip Lock.
“We don’t know how he ended up in front of a train,” Lock said. The unidentified man died instantly, he said.
