Contract to Renovate, Expand Griffith Observatory OKd
The Los Angeles City Council approved a $20-million contract Wednesday to renovate and expand the historic Griffith Observatory.
Under the council’s action, the project management firm of Stegeman and Kastner will oversee the renovation effort. The funding for the project came from two park assessment districts, Proposition A and Proposition K.
