Woman’s Body Dumped on Side of Freeway
A 35-year-old woman who had been murdered was dumped on the westbound side of the Santa Monica Freeway on Friday, police said.
Police spokesmen said the woman’s clothed body was discovered at 6 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol after a passing motorist called authorities.
Los Angeles Police Det. Chris Shaper said the victim may have been stabbed. Shaper said the woman had a record and was identified by her fingerprints. Her name was withheld pending notification of relatives.
