Some of Orange County’s top professional and amateur surfers will gather at 56th Street in Newport Beach Saturday for the Gotcha Expression Session.

Chris Ward, Dino Andino, Gavin Beschen, Dave Post and Christian and Nathan Fletcher will be some of the surfers representing the professional ranks. The one-day contest, which begins at 7 a.m., is only open to Orange County surfers.

The Expression Session is unlike the typical surf contest in that judging is based solely on the ability to perform maneuvers.
