2 Men Found Shot Remain Hospitalized
Two men who were shot in the back of their heads at a house in San Gabriel remained hospitalized on Friday, police said.
The victims of the execution-style shootings were described only as being in their 30s. Police found the two men shortly before midnight Thursday at a house in the 1500 block of South Lafayette Street, said Lt. Ariel Duran. The Temple City sheriff’s station alerted San Gabriel police to the shootings, authorities said.
The men were taken to County-USC Medical Center, where one was in critical condition and the other was in stable condition, Duran said. There were no arrests, and investigators were unsure of a motive.
