Newport Firm Completes Acquisition

Steven Myers & Associates Inc., a Newport Beach-based provider of a variety of management services, said it has completed its $14.7 million acquisition of Space Applications Corp. in a stock swap.

Space Applications, based in Vienna, Va., provides technical services in space sciences and advanced intelligence technologies, and is expected to produce revenue of $30 million in the fiscal year ending June 26.
