Hot Pot

Last year, Le Creuset heart-shaped pots appeared in cookware stores around Valentine’s Day. This year, it’s the pumpkin pot that’s turning up for fall. As are most Le Creuset pots, the pumpkin is made of enameled cast iron and comes in the company’s most famous color, flame. It’s intended to go from stove or oven to table for serving and works best for slow-cooked dishes.
