Volunteers can take part in the “greening” of Laguna Coast Wilderness Park by helping plant native oak, sycamore and elderberry trees Saturday. Participants are asked to bring a shovel, if possible, a hat, sunscreen, sturdy shoes and gloves. They will be given munchies in the morning, water, lunch and a “Keep It Wild” T-shirt. Anyone interested should meet at 8 a.m. at the gravel parking lot just south of El Toro and Laguna Canyon roads. Planting also will take place Nov. 21. Information: (949) 855-7275.
