A Japanese culture festival will be offered from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at 254 Victoria St. The First Autumn Culture Festival of the Newport Beach Higashi Honganji temple will include Bonsai demonstrations, a tea ceremony and sampling of Japanese food.
