From Times Wire Reports

Corey Arthur, 20, accused in the torture-murder of Jonathan Levin, son of Time Warner Chairman Gerald Levin, was found guilty of second-degree murder and faces 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced next month. Arthur, 20, had also been charged with first-degree murder and could have received a life sentence without the possibility of parole, but the jury rejected that charge.
