Three-time Oscar winner Jack Nicholson has put a house he owns in the Beverly Hills area on the market at just under $2.5 million.

Nicholson, the most nominated male actor in the history of the Academy Awards with 11 nominations, won acting Oscars for “As Good as It Gets,” 1997; “Terms of Endearment,” 1983, and “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” 1975.

He has owned the home since 1991, when he paid about $2 million for it.

The house had been the home of Nicholson’s companion, actress Rebecca Broussard, 35, and their daughter, 9, and son, 6. Broussard and the children have relocated. Nicholson, 61, continues to live in his nearby home, which he has owned since the 1960s.

Diana Ross, who will play singer Brandy’s mother in the ABC movie “Double Platinum” to air in May, has sold her Malibu home of 10 years to a financier from London for close to its $2.85-million asking price.

Ross, 54, hadn’t been using her Malibu home much lately. The pop superstar, former member of the Supremes, has been on the road with concerts, and she lives mainly in Connecticut.

The Malibu house is Cape Cod in style with four bedrooms in about 2,500 square feet. The gray clapboard home has a second-floor master suite with a sandbox facing the ocean.

The house, on Carbon Beach, was built in 1976 and was owned at one time by British actor Richard Harris, who leased it to billionaire financier Kirk Kerkorian.

Jim Rapf, Tracy Testin and Terry O’Connor had the listing, and Rapf and Jack Pritchett represented the buyer. The Realtors are with Pritchett-Rapf & Associates, Malibu.

Winona Ryder, who co-stars in Woody Allen’s upcoming movie “Celebrity,” has her former home in the Beverly Hills area for sale at slightly more than $1 million. Ryder bought a nearby home in March for $2.5 million.

The Spanish-style house that she is selling was built in 1926 and has three bedrooms in about 2,000 square feet. Ryder bought the house in 1996, then totally restored it with interior designer Kevin Haley. The house has limestone floors and a large fireplace with a limestone hearth.

She bought a four-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot house, built in the ‘30s, with city views.

Ryder, 27, is a two-time acting Oscar nominee (for “Little Women,” 1994, and “The Age of Innocence,” 1993).

Aileen Comora of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills, has the listing.
