The City Council tonight will consider adopting an urgency ordinance that would update the city’s procedures for suspending and revoking business licenses, and prohibit certain types of massage therapy.
If passed, the business license ordinance would ensure “a more detailed due process,” according to officials. Also, a provision would be added to massage therapy regulation that would make it unlawful for any person in a business to engage in “arousal conduct with respect to massage or bathing activity.”
The council meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at 32400 Paseo Adelanto. Information: (949) 493-1171.
