Impeachment
* Michael Ramirez, who continues to be blinded by his hatred for the president, portrays the Republican elephant as a lower form of invertebrate life because some in the GOP have moved away from impeachment (Commentary, Nov. 15). Ramirez just does not get it, as usual. The reason seems to be his alliance with the radical right wing of the GOP, whose goal has been the political destruction of Bill Clinton since he took the oath of office.
Impeachment is just a continuation of the dirty politics that created Kenneth Starr. The recent change in leadership in the GOP, perhaps, indicates an attempt to return to the center.
