FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council gave an ordinance regulating news racks preliminary approval at its meeting Tuesday night. The proposed law deals with the size, placement and appearance of the racks. If the council gives final approval at its Dec. 1 meeting, the law will go into effect 30 days later.
