A few city-maintained streets may be handed to four surrounding condominium complexes. The City Council will consider the proposal after the city manager meets with representatives of Bradford Place, Smoketree, Stanton Park and Summertree. As it is now, the complexes cannot erect gates or institute non-city rules. The city, meanwhile, cannot always meet requests for maintenance in a timely manner, City Manager Terry Matz said.
