Device Firm Acquired

Critical Care Concepts in Georgia said Monday that it has acquired Brea-based Medical Device Services as part of an ongoing strategy of buying leading regional distribution companies in the critical-care market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Medical Device Services, founded in 1988, provides similar services to more than 550 hospital and alternative-site customers in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Texas.
