During the quarter, the company reorganized its sales and marketing structure and appointed a new director for those departments to seek ways to broaden product lines and expand distribution.

In August, the company announced that it was part of a joint venture to acquire a stake in El Guapo Spices. El Guapo is a Latin food and spice company that had $9 million in revenues for the year that ended June 30.
