* “Susret/Encounter: Artist and Refugees”--The exhibit, which includes the work of Chia Ling Shen, above, will continue at the Museum of Tolerance through Feb. 14.

* “Heidi Wrage: Breaking Up the Scenery”--Photographs of small business signs from the 1940s-1960s will be on display beginning Saturday at the Cruz L.A. Gallery in Venice.

* “Omnia: A Trip Into the Realm of Myth and Dreams”--The exhibit will be held at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach through Jan. 10.
