The deadline is nearing for the city’s Holiday Lights Decorating Contest. Homes must enter by Friday and will be judged on originality, color, lighting, display and curb appeal. The homes must be available for public viewing from Dec. 14 to Jan. 1. The grand-prize winners will receive $150 toward their December electric bill. Information: (949) 362-4350.
