Preparing for the new year, the City Council on Tuesday will canvass the results of the Nov. 3 election in which Mayor Gene Wisner and Councilman John M. Gullixson retained their seats. The council will also choose a new mayor and mayor pro tem from among its members. The council meets at 6:30 p.m., City Hall council chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Ave. Information: (714) 961-7100.
