Update--Los Angeles won the first game of the best-of-three Western Conference semifinals, 6-1, the largest margin of victory in Major League Soccer playoff history. A victory today would put the Galaxy in the conference finals against the winner of the Chicago Fire-Colorado Rapid series. The Galaxy was 24-8 in the regular season; the Burn was 15-17. Los Angeles has beaten the Burn in four of five games this season. If Dallas wins today, Game 3 will be Wednesday night at the Rose Bowl.
