Man Hit by Van Dies of Injuries

A 76-year-old pedestrian who was struck by a van Friday in Garden Grove has died of his injuries, the Orange County coroner’s office said.
The accident occurred about 7:20 p.m. Friday near Westminster Avenue and Clinton Street. The man, whose name has not been released, was transported to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died early Saturday, the coroner’s official said.
