Great Train Store Laying Tracks for Newport
The Great Train Store also has chugged into Orange County in time for the holidays. The hobby, gift and toy store will open Wednesday at Fashion Island in Newport Beach.
The Dallas-based company, which has 48 stores nationwide, offers train-related products, including model trains, toys, collectibles, books and videos. The stores are designed with an overhead trestle with moving electric trains.
The Great Train Store has three other California stores--in Sacramento, San Diego and Milpitas, in the Bay Area.
The Fashion Island store will be near Macy’s.
