Conrad on Starr

* This time Paul Conrad has gone over the edge (Drawingboard, Oct. 16). His depiction of Kenneth Starr holding the severed head of Clinton is vile and disgusting. The sword with “GOP right wing” is proof of Conrad’s partisan and biased party-line “hit man” mentality. Only a person so filled with hatred himself could have come up with this obscene work. He is doing more to further polarize the political parties and the American people than even the most partisan politician. I feel sorry for him.

The GOP right wing in concert with the Christian Coalition, having attempted to co-opt the bedroom, are moving into the courtroom, the congressional cloakroom, the boardroom and the schoolroom. Wake up, my fellow Americans. These are very dangerous times for our democracy.
