James Rogan and Barry Gordon

Share

James Rogan, the 27th Congressional District’s contribution to this nation’s House of Representatives, is, judging by his conduct in the recent House impeachment [inquiry], doing a very poor job in fulfilling the needs of his constituents. He is not in tune with what is really important. This is reflected by his dismal record of ignoring the real issues that affect our everyday lives.

Apparently his prime motivation is his prurient ego for the X-rated Internet and his egotistical presence on Sunday morning television.

He has been a staunch and relentless leader of the Starr-studded team of Republican Judiciary smut inquisitors. They have left no stone unturned in making our country the laughingstock of the rest of the civilized world. Rogan and every single one of the other Republican committee members voted in a lock-step, like little lemmings following [Rep.] Henry Hyde (their Pied Piper) over a cliff, to vote for open-ended, no-time-limit impeachment hearings.

James Rogan, your 15 minutes is up and so is your term!

Fortunately, thanks to Barry Gordon, these same constituents will have an opportunity to replace Rogan with with a competent and caring representative. We have a chance to elect a man with experience, compassion and the ability to work with his constituency.
