Core Inc.: The Irvine provider of disability and health care management services recorded a third-quarter net loss of $203,177, which included one-time charges of $644,000 primarily related to closing a subsidiary. Net income for the 1997 third quarter totaled $1.1 million, or 14 cents a share. Revenue increased 9% to $11.4 million from $10.5 million.
