Microage Buys Santa Ana-Based Centric

Phoenix-based Microage Integration, a unit of Microage Inc., said it has acquired Centric Resources Inc., a Santa Ana provider of corporate technology services. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Centric has 85 employees and two full-service locations, one in Houston. The Houston branch will be merged into Microage’s Houston unit.
Microage Integration also said it has acquired Integration Partners, a Cincinnati-based provider of information technology products and services.
