* Eldon L. Richardson II of Westlake Village has joined Glendale-based Imperial Thrift and Loan Assn. as executive vice president and deputy chief operating officer.

Richardson has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial industry and formerly was senior vice president of Coast Federal Bank.

* Astro Arc Polysoude, a Pacoima-based maker of automated tube and pipe welding equipment, has tapped Peter Burggren to serve as chief operating officer.

In addition, Michael G. Angel will serve as vice president for international business development. Charles W. Gilbert has been selected to serve as regional sales manager for the Southeast United States, and Jeffrey A. Mann will serve as sales manager for the Midwest and Northeast.

* Susan Revisky has joined the Camarillo office of Coldwell Banker Town & Country as a Realtor. A graduate of Nordhoff High School, she has been a county resident since 1976.

Previously, she was a customer service representative and apparel buyer for Nordstrom.

* Michael D. Foxworthy Jr. has joined Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Camarillo as an office services group specialist.

Daum has nine offices in Southern California and Arizona.

* Attorney Diana G. Hancock of the Ventura law firm of Norman, Dowler, Sawyer, Israel & Hancock has been named to the commercial panel of the American Arbitration Assn.’s Los Angeles regional office. She will serve as an independent mediator, arbitrator, settlement officer or judge to help expedite court procedures.

Hancock, a former educator, practices civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law.

* Roger Tarver has joined the Camarillo office of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Carlsberg as a Realtor. He was formerly associated with Coldwell Banker Town & Country.

Tarver has 11 years’ experience in marketing sales management and sales contract negotiations.

* Blair Franklin has been promoted to sales manager for Hilford Moving & Storage in Ventura and will be responsible for the residential sales team. He previously was sales coordinator.

Hilford is an agent of Allied Van Lines.

* Laralee Wagstaff has been named team manager at Massage by Diane Loring & Associates at the Pierpont Inn and Pierpont Racquet Club in Ventura.

Diane Loring & Associates employs skin-care specialists and massage therapists.

* Veterinarian Al Schwartz of Moorpark has been chosen president-elect of the California Veterinary Medical Assn. The organization represents 4,200 veterinary professionals in California, making it the largest state veterinary association in the country.

Schwartz is the owner of and chief veterinarian at Moorpark Veterinary Hospital.

* Susana Reeder, assistant vice president with Bank of America, has been named manager of its East Camarillo branch. A great-granddaughter of city founder Adolfo Camarillo, Reeder has been with the bank for 21 years.

The branch is at 5800 Santa Rosa Road.
