ChromaVision Adds Two to Board

ChromaVision Medical Systems Inc. of San Juan Capistrano named Thomas R. Testman and Mary Lake Polan directors, increasing the board to seven members from five.
Testman is a managing partner in the West Coast Health Care Services unit of Ernst & Young LLP. Polan is a professor and chairwoman of the gynecology and obstetrics department of Stanford University.
Chromavision makes automated microscopes and other imaging devices that screen blood for abnormal cells. The instruments detect illnesses such as cancer, the HIV virus and Down syndrome.
