* * * Rob Zombie, “Hellbilly Deluxe,” Geffen. The White Zombie mastermind’s first solo venture bears an uncanny likeness to his main gig, and yet it isn’t entirely business as usual. The overall sound is leaner, with a faintly more pop feel, and the chunky, funky, snarling and crisp tracks are infused with the campiest elements of Zombie’s B-movie obsessions, resulting in scenarios such as “Dragula” and “Superbeast”--monstrosities as wickedly amusing as they are devilishly danceable.
