The Pacific Community of Secular Humanistic Jews will observe Yom Kippur at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Orange Coast Unitarian Universalist Church. The program will emphasize human dignity and responsibility. There will be a Kol Nidre, a secular memorial service and four adult workshops.
