* Gap Inc. promoted Jenny Ming to president of its Old Navy division and Kevin Lonergan to chief operating officer of Old Navy as the company focuses on its fastest-growing chain. Ming, 43, will become second in command of the division that she helped create in 1994. Lonergan, 50, was an executive vice president at Old Navy. The company also promoted Ken Pilot to president of its international division.
