Police dispatchers and officers will trade in their uniforms for waiters’ attire Wednesday to raise funds for the Special Olympics. About 15 department employees will wait tables at the Red Lobster in Brea from noon to 9 p.m. The tips they collect will help train and buy sports equipment for Special Olympians.
