EPS Solutions Buys Chicago’s Holden
EPS Solutions, a Costa Mesa company that sells services that help reduce corporate operating expenses, said Monday it acquired the Holden Corp. of Chicago for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of Holden, a sales and marketing consulting firm, allows EPS to offer sales training to its clients, said Dave Ehlen, EPS’ president and chief operating officer.
Privately held EPS, which claims $300 million in annual sales, serves hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies through its 110 U.S. offices.
