Contractors are expected to break ground on restroom facilities at Little Cottonwood Park Farquhar Avenue next week and finish up by mid-August, city officials said. City Council members had agreed to the need for restrooms at the small park earlier this month. The project will cost about $235,000, with much of the funding coming from park grants.
