‘Fried at Home’ Has Oh! So Many Meanings

In the 10-minute recipe column (The Last Minute.”Shrimp Fried at Home,” March 24), you printed a recipe from a reader who said she would come home to find a hungry husband looking at her.

This situation would occur only once in my household. After that, my husband would be staring at a coffin lid from the inside.
