Actress Pamela Anderson Lee and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee have put their home in the hills of Malibu on the market at $1.55 million.

The former “Baywatch” star, 31, filed for divorce from the rocker, 36, early last year. She stars in the syndicated series “VIP.”

The couple has owned the Malibu home for about four years. Built in 1991, the 7,400-square-foot Mediterranean-style house, on about 2 1/2 acres, has five bedrooms, including a master suite with a spa and a wet bar. The house also has a projection room, game room and elevator.

The main living areas and bedrooms have decks and patios looking out at the mountains and canyons. The entry has a nearby waterfall and lush landscaping.

Tony- and Grammy-winning lyricist and composer Jerry Herman, who loves to rehab houses, has purchased a Palm Springs home for $675,000 and is already refurbishing it. Herman wrote the scores for “Mame,” “La Cage aux Folles” and Hello, Dolly!”

He recently sold his former Palm Springs home, which he restored, for $1.9 million. That home, a 7,000-square-foot complex on 1 1/2 acres with a tennis court, was built in the ‘50s for singer Dinah Shore. Herman owned it for about five years.

He wanted to redo a smaller house in Palm Springs this time. The house he just bought has four bedrooms in 4,500 square feet, on less than half an acre. The house was built in 1981.

Herman’s main residence is in Bel-Air.

Allen B. Miller of Realty Executives’ Luxury Home Division in Palm Springs had the listing on the house that Herman just purchased.

“We’re seriously thinking of expanding the family and need a little larger house.” Jerry Douglas said. Their Brentwood home has four bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace and cathedral ceiling. The home also has a pool.

Since Douglas, 58, took a hiatus from the daytime soap, he has appeared in a pilot film and a couple of segments of “Melrose Place.” Kym Douglas has appeared on E! Entertainment’s “The Gossip Show” and on the syndicated talk show “Donnie & Marie.”

Joe Babajian and Michael Collins have the listing with Fred Sands Estates, Beverly Hills.
