The City Council will hold a public hearing tonight on the installation of speed bumps on Cortina Drive between Estanciero and Chrisanta drives, and on Via Bahia between Trabuco Road and Via Callado. Surveys show that drivers tend to exceed the speed limits on the two streets. Also tonight, the council will consider spending $8,850 to complete the design process of the World Cup Center remodeling project. The council meets at 5 p.m. at City Hall, 25909 Pala.
