ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Incomnet Inc.: The Irvine provider of telecommunications services reported a net loss of $19.1 million, or $1.12 a share, for 1998, compared with a net loss of $15.6 million, or $1.19 a share, a year ago. Sales fell to $54.9 million from $121.8 million. The company said that as part of its turnaround strategy, it is disposing of all non-telecommunication assets.
