City officials are negotiating with the owner of several lots on Manchester Boulevard to pave the way for a 14-acre auto dealership. Officials want to make room for Car Max, a used-auto dealership, as part of its plan to develop a central location for car dealers. The city already has relocated two businesses on Manchester and needs three more parcels on the 6000 and 6100 blocks.
