The City Council will review plans to build medians on Moody Street and Crescent Avenue at its meeting tonight. Also on the agenda is a plan to make a counteroffer to lease land from Southern California Edison to extend El Rancho Verde Park, responding to an earlier offer from the company that the council believed was too expensive.
