SEAL BEACH
The city plans to hire an engineering firm to look at revamping the intersection at Westminster Avenue and Seal Beach Boulevard in an effort to improve traffic flow. The project, funded by $900,000 in state grants, would attempt to reduce delays at the major intersection.
