Kofax Image Products Inc.: The Irvine software company said net income for the third fiscal quarter increased 51% to a record $1.3 million, or 23 cents a share, from $834,000, or 15 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 advanced 15% to $9.8 million from $8.5 million.
