Planning commissioners on Wednesday approved the construction of a vehicle repair shop on the same property as a tree trimming business on Court Street. The property consists of five lots totaling 24,249 square feet. The north half is paved and used to service and repair tree-trimming vehicles. Applicant Scott Griffiths agreed to construct a trash enclosure to remove tree-trimming waste and scrap parts.
