Police Lt. Michael Foote is one of 60 officers nationwide chosen to participate in the Senior Management Institute for Police at Suffolk College in Boston, May 15 to June 4. The program, sponsored by the National Institute of Justice, is a think tank that will address law enforcement management issues and policies for the future. Other Santa Ana police alumni are Chief Paul Walters and Capt. Bruce Carlson, the head of field operations.
