Johnny Rockets Names Two New Operations Heads

Barry W. Cook has been appointed to manage Eastern U.S. operations for the Johnny Rockets Group Inc., the Irvine-based parent company of the Johnny Rockets restaurant chain. Pamela Britton will manage Western U.S. operations. Prior to joining the company, Cook was the director of operations for Sonic Restaurants Inc., based in Oklahoma City. He has also held operations positions with Love’s Country Stores, T.C.B.Y., Kenny Rogers Roasters, PepsiCo/Taco Bell Corp., Grandy’s Country Cookin and McDonald’s Corp. Britton was formerly vice president for the Western U.S. for Cinnabon Inc., based in Seattle. She was also with Denny’s Inc. in operational and management positions for 13 years.

Jeff A. Jolley was named vice president in the annuities division, where he was previously assistant vice president, chief actuary. Brian D. Klemens was named vice president, treasurer, in the corporate finance department. He had been assistant vice president, accounting, and assistant controller.

Insurance executives--Jeff A. Jolley was named vice president in the annuities division of Pacific Life Insurance Co. and Brian D. Klemens was appointed vice president, treasurer in the corporate finance department. The company’s name was omitted in a story Tuesday.
