FULLERTON
The City Council tonight will consider establishing height limits in the city’s industrial zones. The amendment to the industrial zoning code was initiated by residents who fought against the proposed ConAgra flour mill last August and wanted to protect their neighborhood from future similar proposals. If approved, the amendment would establish a 45-foot height limit in the industrial zones. Any building or structure taller than 45 feet would be subject to the approval of a conditional use permit. The public hearing will be at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave. The City Council meeting’s first session begins at 4 p.m. Information: (714) 738-6311.
