The City Council on Monday will consider the technical plans for repairing the Main Street alley. The city intends to redo the alley from Electric Avenue to the 200 block of Main Street, repairing the water and sewer lines and laying new pavement.
The repairs are estimated to cost $200,000; if the council approves the plans, it will award the bid at its first meeting in September, Public Works Director Steve Badum said. The council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall on 8th Street.
