CalComp Technology Files for Dissolution

Share

CalComp Technology Inc., which previously announced plans to liquidate, made things official Friday, filing a certificate of dissolution with the state of Delaware, where it is based legally. The company’s fate had been set after Lockheed Martin Co. last year decided to stop funding the firm, which developed computer graphics peripherals. Lockheed owned 85% of the company’s outstanding common stock and all of its preferred stock. Over the last two years, CalComp, which is headquartered in La Palma, had lost $244 million.
