Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger Names President-CEO

* David De Pinto has been named president and chief executive of Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger Inc., a Los Angeles-based public relations firm. He previously was a partner in the Ketchum public relations firm.

* Los Angeles-based Imperial Bank has appointed Richard Ercole president of its newly named Imperial treasury management division, which supports all bank-wide departments and groups with cash management sales, product development and operational support related to cash management products and services. Ercole was previously president of Huntington treasury management, a division of Huntington Banks, based in Columbus, Ohio, and he was president of Security Pacific Treasury Management Corp., a subsidiary of the former Security Pacific Bank.

* USA Networks Inc. has appointed Dara Khosrowshahi president of its Internet division, USA Networks Interactive. He replaces Alan Citron, who is leaving the company. Khosrowshahi had been vice president of strategic planning.

* David M. Walsh has been elected partner in the litigation department of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker’s Los Angeles office. Walsh, previously a partner and executive committee member at Bronson, Bronson, McKinnon in Los Angeles, will handle commercial matters along with real estate and environmental litigation.
